We’re Growing. Come Build With Us.

Franklin & Frankel is a boutique law firm in West Hartford built on one core belief: that good legal counsel should feel personal, not transactional. We help individuals, families, and businesses navigate some of the most important decisions of their lives, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Our practice spans estate planning, probate administration, residential and commercial real estate, business law, and healthcare law for dental, medical, and veterinary practice transitions. It’s a range that keeps things interesting, and our team reflects that.
We’re a small, professional team that values focus and independence. Everyone here owns their work and takes pride in doing it well. Collaboration happens when it matters, and we’re looking to build more of that as we grow. Our paralegals bring deep expertise in their practice areas, our attorneys are accessible and invested in their clients, and our office culture puts hospitality at the center of everything we do.
About the Role
We’re hiring an attorney to join our real estate and estate planning practices, two of the busiest and most rewarding parts of our work. This is a hybrid position with flexible scheduling, and we’re open to both full-time and part-time arrangements for the right person.
Candidates will ideally bring 5+ years of experience in residential real estate, estate planning, or both. Experience with probate, business law, commercial real estate, or bank closings is a plus, but what matters most is a genuine commitment to client service and a desire to be part of a small firm where your work will make a huge difference.
