Franklin & Frankel Welcomes New Team Members

Franklin & Frankel LLC is pleased to announce two new members of the team. Attorney Suzanne S. Neville and Operations and Marketing Manager Tess Gagnon have joined the firm.

Suzanne worked with Scott B. Franklin & Associates first as a paralegal and then as an attorney, and we’re thrilled to welcome her back as an attorney with Franklin & Frankel, focusing on estate planning, probate, and real estate law.

Suzanne was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in November of 2002. She began her legal career at a small New Haven firm, and later moved to a medium sized West Hartford firm, before starting her own practice. “After having my son in 2006 who is diagnosed with autism and epilepsy, I expanded my practice to include special needs and estate planning. I personally know the challenges parents face (educational, medical, personal) when raising and caring for a child with special needs. My hope is to help make it easier for other families facing the same situation,” said Suzanne.

Suzanne lives in West Hartford, CT, where she’s raised her three children. When she’s not working, she’s playing tennis, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Tess is stepping into our brand-new role of Operations and Marketing manager. She comes to us after a 13 year career in Customer Service management. Along with her decades of experience working in customer relations, she also brings a strong background in events – a skill we plan to utilize in some fun ways throughout the year, so stay tuned!

Born and bred in West Hartford, Tess has deep roots in the local and surrounding communities. Tess earned her BA from Bard College in the Hudson River valley. In her free time she loves to travel, listen to her partner’s extensive record collection, and try out new restaurants in the area. If you want to immediately befriend Tess, just ask her about her dog, Peaches!
